1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by our mobile car valeting business. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We provide professional mobile car valeting services at a location agreed with the customer. All services are carried out to a high standard using appropriate products and equipment.
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, some stains, marks, or damage may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed.
3. Bookings and Appointments
Bookings can be made via phone, message, or any other agreed booking method. Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or previous jobs taking longer than expected.
We will always aim to notify customers if we are running late.
4. Access and Working Conditions
Customers must provide safe and suitable access to the vehicle and enough space for the valet to be carried out.
If access to water or electricity is required for the service booked, it must be available at the location unless otherwise agreed. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable to complete the work, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices for services will be agreed prior to the appointment. Prices may vary depending on the size of the vehicle, its condition, or additional services requested.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We may accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
6. Vehicle Condition
Customers must inform us of any pre-existing damage to the vehicle prior to the service. We cannot be held responsible for damage that was already present before work begins.
If a vehicle is excessively dirty (for example heavy mud, pet hair, mould, or bodily fluids), additional charges may apply. Customers will be informed before work continues.
7. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before the appointment. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.
8. Weather Conditions
As a mobile service, some services may be affected by weather conditions. In cases of severe weather (such as heavy rain, high winds, or freezing conditions), appointments may need to be rescheduled.
9. Cancellations
Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in future bookings being declined.
10. Liability
We will take all reasonable care while working on your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Wear and tear revealed during cleaning
Mechanical or electrical faults
Damage caused by faulty or fragile parts
